Return conditions
Your original receipt must accompany your returned item(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Charming Wear to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for a credit store.
- Items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
- Items with store tags removed cannot be returned.
- Items must be unworn, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor when returned.
- Undergarments or swimwear cannot be returned.
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original packaging with everything they came with.
- No returns on lingerie for hygienic reasons.
- No returns on sale items
- Returns in Canada and the United States must be return within 15 days
- Returns outside of Canada and the United States must be return within 30 days
Charming Wear reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Charming Wear’s sole discretion.
Credit store/exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.
Shipping fees apply to items returned unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent.
Only store credit will be issue for returns. Please email us first about the items you will like to return and the issue with it. When your request is approved, we will then email you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to include in the package before returning to us.
Refunds/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. We’ll be happy to replace your order for you.
Please make sure items meet return and exchanges standard before shipping. Please email us a copy of your receipt and also send us the SKU number of the item in exchange with your return.
Return Procedure
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to sales@charmingwear.com. In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ name of items requesting to be returned 3/ copy of your receipt and 4/ reason for return.
When you have received your RMA number, please include the following items in the shipping package before returning to us.
- items requesting to be returned
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that you received from us.
- order number
- name of items requesting to be returned
- SKU number if there is one
- copy of your receipt
- reason for return.
